• Reply: Choose this mode to generate a response to an existing piece of text or correspondence. Input the text you’re responding to, then Resala will generate a corresponding reply based on the context provided.

The AI Tools section offers customization options to fine-tune the generated content.

Action:

• Auto: Let Resala decide the best action based on your input.
• Polish: Improve the quality and clarity of your writing.
• Improve: Enhance the text with more sophisticated language and style.
• Simplify: Make the text easier to read and understand.
• Summarize: Condense the content to the main points.

Length:

• Auto: Resala matches the length to the original input text.
• Shorten: Decrease the length to make the content more concise.
• Lengthen: Increase the length to add more detail or explanation.

Tone:

• Auto: Resala matches the tone to the original input text.
• Professional: Keeps the writing formal and business-like.
• Casual: Adopts a relaxed and conversational style.
• Straight: Direct and to the point.
• Confident: Conveys certainty and assurance.
• Friendly: Warm and approachable.

Language:

• Auto: Resala will use the selected language from the Interface Language setting.
• Select from the available languages to specify which language Resala should use for the content.

Once you have selected your preferences, click on 'Generate Draft' to have Resala create a piece of content based on your input and selected settings.

The AI-generated draft will appear in the interface, where you can regenerate the text, copy it, or insert this text anywhere you need it. You can also save the generated text as a template, and then access it later from the ‘Template’ library in the top right corner.
