Quick Reply

The Quick Reply feature is an innovative tool that utilizes AI to offer quick and relevant response suggestions for your email correspondences, improving efficiency and response accuracy.

• Before you can use the Quick Reply feature, you must ensure it is enabled. Navigate to the Settings within the Resala extension. Look for the Quick Reply setting and toggle it to ON.
• To activate the feature, open the email you want to reply to and hit ‘Reply’. Look for the Quick Reply icon at the bottom of the email window. Clicking this icon prompts Resala to analyze the email and display the sender's intent along with potential reply suggestions in a popup.
• Select the suggestion that best matches how you wish to communicate and click to generate a reply.

• If the provided suggestions don’t quite meet your needs, you can use the "Tell me what to write..." field to craft a custom reply.
• Resala offers a variety of AI-driven suggestions to enhance your post. These suggestions include:
  
  
• Improve it: Enhance the overall quality of your writing for a more polished post.
• Add details: Enrich your content with additional information for depth and context.
• Add humor: Inject a light-hearted tone to make your post more relatable and engaging.
• Inspire: Include motivational elements to uplift and encourage your audience.
• Shorten it: Condense your message for brevity and clarity, making it suitable for platforms with character limits.

Once your draft is generated, you have options to Insert, Copy, or Regenerate the response:

• Insert: Places the chosen response into your email reply area.
• Copy: Copies the response text to your clipboard for manual pasting.
• Regenerate: Provides a new AI-generated reply if the current ones don't fit your needs.
